TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Prices are listed 'al la carte', per day for our rental equipment.
All charges are for time out, whether used or not, so please make
your selection carefully. If you desire to use rental items for
a longer period, please call our office (954-966-3136) for long
term rates. Payment is due before or on delivery. A deposit is required
for all contracts unless other arrangements are made with Robinhood
Rental. Responsibility for equipment remains with the renter from
the time of delivery to the time of return. Late fees are charged
when equipment is not returned on time. Please, be sure equipment
is safe at all times and protected from weather. We do charge for
missing, broken or damaged items. For security purpose we require
a valid driver license
and credit card with all rental contracts.
DELIVERY
If equipment requires or you desire, delivery is available for
you at an additional fee. If these services are needed please make
these arrangements in advance at the time you place your order.
Delivery prices do not include setup and breakdown of equipment
or deliveries above street level. There is a min rental of $100.00
for delivery. If you MUST have your items delivered and your rentals
total less than $100.00 they can still be delivered for the set
min. There are additional charges for deliveries and pickups made
above ground level and for weekend, late night and early morning
deliveries.
OUR DUTIES
Containers are provided for your china, glassware, etc. to ensure
you receive your rental items undamaged, sanitized and ready for
use. Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items
in a mutually convenient place on the ground floor unless other
wise stated on the contract.
YOUR DUTIES
All China, glassware, etc should be rinsed "FOOD-FREE"
and repacked in the same container as it was delivered. Linen should
be placed in plastic bags, refuse free i.e.
. party favors,
food, etc, also it must be dried to prevent staining and mildew
before return to the store. (Please note do not wash linen.) Tables
and chairs should be knocked down and ready for pick up. All cooking
equipment must be used in accordance with local fire regulations.
We assume no responsibility or liability. Grills and ovens must
be cleaned and free of food and debris.
Management retains the right to change prices and delivery policies
without notice.

must be printed, filled out and fax
to 954-966-4402 along with your items you are requesting from our
online catalog. You will recieve a call
to verify all information before the order is complete. If you DO
NOT recieve a call within 24 hours of faxing your paper work

- Do we have a Showroom?
- Yes we do have a showroom located at 2590 S. State Rd 7. Hollywood,

- What are your Showroom hours of operation?
- Mon - Fri 8:00am to 5:30pm, Sat 8:00am to 4:00pm, Sun by Appt

- Do you need an appointment to browse our showroom?
- Walkins are completely welcome. But if you would like an Appt
please call 954-966-3136.

- What are your delivery hours and policy?
- Normal delivery hours are 8:00am to 5:30pm, Sat 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Deliveries outside of these hours are available for you at an
additional fee. Deliveries above street level(2,3,4 floor etc.)
may require and additional charge. If these services are needed
please make these arrangements in advance at the time you place
your order.
- What do I need to rent from Robinhood Rental?
- You will need a Valid drivers license and Credit Card..

- What if I don't have a Major Credit card.
- We except Debt cards with Visa/Master Card logo on them as well.
Please note there will be a hold on funds until rental items are
returned safely.

- Will you setup tables and chairs?
- Delivery prices DO NOT include setup and breakdown of equipment,
but we gladly offer these services, for a fee.

- Do we need to clean china, glassware or sliverware
before we return them to the store.
- No, however food should be scraped off plates and silverware,
all glassware should be empty of any and all liquids. (good rule
of thumb: we don't want to know what was served at your event.)

- Do we need to wash or laundry the linen or table
cloths?
- No! Please don't. Place dry debris free linen (no food, party
favors, candle wax, etc.) in a clear bag (sometime black bags
are mistaken for trash) and return them to the showroom or place
near stacked rental items for our crew to pick up.

- Do you charge a damage waiver fee.
- No, we do not.
- What happens if I break something?
- A replacement fee will be charged to the invoice. Replacement
cost vary per item.

- How soon do I have to place my order?
- Usually we ask that you place your order as soon as your details
are confirmed, especially if it's during a high holiday seasons.
Generally two weeks is enough during normal calendar
days. Some items may require a small deposit to hold.

- What form of payments do you except?
- We except Visa, Master Card, American Express, Cash and Checks
- personal and corporate, they both have to be approved thru an
outside electronic check verfiy agency. (we do not have control
over this system, it's either approved or it isn't, sorry)

- When do I have to pay?
- All payment information should be given at the time of placing
your order. If you event is in the future (at least 6 weeks or
more) a deposit is required and the balance should be paid at
least 72 hours before your event, by credit card or cash, if you
are paying by check you balance should be paid off at least 14
business days before your event. No delivery or pickup will be
allowed prior to payments, unless you are a pre-approved coporate
client. Please note additional charges apply if items are damaged
or missing. You will be contacted before any additional charges
are made.
